- Meet Humm’s credit assessment and lending criteria
- Have the financial capacity to meet their repayments

Afterpay

Supercare
Apply for the early release of your superannuation to pay for your, or your dependant’s dental treatment
- Access dental procedures that you may otherwise be unable to fund
- There is no cap to the amount of Super that you can access. You are only limited by the amount you have in your Super Fund
- There are no credit checks because you are accessing your own savings

If your payment plan is approved, it will be set up with the financial provider and repayments organised according to their terms, allowing you to start your treatment as planned.
All payment plan applications are reviewed and processed by the finance provider, who is solely responsible for determining approval outcomes. Collins Street Specialist Centre has no involvement in the assessment or decision-making process.
